Credentials

Dr. Parnes graduated from the Medical College of Virginia with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1986. He then received a certificate of graduation from the University of Connecticut's Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. This is a level of achievement reached by less than 1% of all dentists. Furthermore, he was named "Outstanding Resident" in this program. Since then, Dr. Parnes continues to study with some of the world's leading dentists.
